These images are just some of the ways technology is blending with medicine in helping people. Even though some examples are just ideas, scientists are working hard to make them reality. With the help of technology, people are able to do things that were impossible before. A person who lost a leg can now walk again normally with the help of prosthetic legs that act like the normal leg thanks to computers. Another example is the artificial arm. In the future a person can have the inside of a cyborg while looking human on the outside. Ultimately the artificial heart is a reality and has already saved many lives that could not find a matching donor. These and many other technological advancement will change humanity in the way they live. We will be more dependent on cyborg technology to achieve a standard of excellence imposed by society. On the other hand, humans will become more dependent on technology and possibly ignore the traditional ways. This can be a negative aspects of future cyborgs. However, as humanity has seen through advancements in history, the way of life will be improved and hopefully will bring more peace to the world.

Education is the base of our society and our civilization. Throughout history many empires have risen and fallen but knowledge made the difference between them. Those who invested in knowledge and education were able to survive for centuries. Today, our society outs great importance in education. Better educated children will create a better generation of people who are able to achieve great things. Paulo Freire worked as an educator for many years in different setting and taught different kinds of people. His experience in education children and grown-ups around the world made him realize the importance of the way education is taught. The relationship between the teacher and the student plays a key role in the students understanding of the material. Freire compares one type of education with a bank deposit. Around the world different types of education are implemented in schools that yeald different levels of educated people. If the relation between the teacher and the student is not more than “making a deposit” that student may not grow in his/her knowledge. Moreover, the ability of a person to grow intellectually in a creative way is dictated by the way that information is presented to him/her. Freire states that: “only through communication can human life hold meaning.” When communication between people breaks down mistakes are made and incorrect information is passed on. Not only is this true in relations between countries but also between the educator and the pupil. Growing up is a journey that poses many obstacles for each of us. Education is the essence of our existance. We live to learn and explore the unknown.

How can an educator connect to every student , when everybody has different learning styles? (reason why some student like a teacher while other do not).

In many communist countries a “forced” learning method is used by presenting large quantities of information. Can there be any benefits from this system? (many students are considered more advanced than students in the US at the same grade level)
